the major difference in the buying process customers experience at driversselect is the amount of education and consulting services they receive regardless if they purchase a vehicle or not as well as the amount of control the customer is given in the selection of their vehicle. we have found that the more education and empowerment the customer is given, the higher the level of satisfaction and brand loyalty. the driversselect credit consultant helps them understand the importance of making good decisions on what is affordable while still serving their transportation "needs".

for those customers who are not able to meet the required down payment or monthly payment obligations on their initial visit, our credit consultants enroll them in f.l.i..p. (future lifestyles improvement plan) free of charge. f.l.i.p. helps them identify things they can do over the next six to twelve months to improve their credit rating to the point where they can meet the credit criteria on the vehicle that fits their needs and lifestyle.
